HEED WELLNESS · MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
Mental Health Support Online
Some days you need a caring ear. Other days you need a licensed professional. Heed gives you both anonymously, affordably, and whenever you need it.
TWO KINDS OF SUPPORT. ONE PLATFORM.
Not every hard day needs the same kind of help.
Mental wellness support platform India isn't a single destination — it's a spectrum. On some days, you need to feel heard by another human being. On others, you need a trained clinician to help you make sense of something that's been weighing on you for months. Heed's online mental health support platform is built around both realities.
Talk to a Heeder
A Heeder is a trained peer support listener and also online mental health consultation — not a therapist, but something equally important. They've been through life's harder chapters and know how to be present with you in yours. No clinical notes, no assessments, no judgement.
Loneliness, everyday stress, grief, a breakup, NRI homesickness, anxiety before a big event, or any moment when you simply need to say it all out loud to someone who will listen without an agenda.
See a Therapist
Heed's therapists are verified, RCI-registered mental health professionals with expertise across 100+ specialties — from anxiety and depression to ADHD, trauma, postpartum care, and relationship counselling. Sessions are structured, evidence-based, and fully confidential.
Persistent anxiety or depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, relationship breakdown, postpartum difficulties, addiction, or any concern you've been carrying alone for too long.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
Answer one question and you'll know.
Both paths are valid. This is simply a guide to help you find the right support for right now.
You're overwhelmed and need to talk to someone today.
No appointment needed. A Heeder is available in minutes, any time of day or night.
You've been struggling with the same thing for weeks and it isn't getting better on its own.
A licensed professional can help you understand the pattern and build real strategies to shift it.
You're already seeing a therapist but need support between sessions.
Heeders work well alongside clinical therapy — many users use both within the same week.
You're not sure whether what you're feeling is serious enough for therapy.
It's a low-pressure first step. Your Heeder can help you figure out whether a therapist might be the right next move.
Still unsure? Start with a Listener. You can move to a therapist from the same app, anytime.

RCI-Verified Therapists
Every therapist listed on Heed holds current registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Credentials are verified manually before any profile goes live, and reviewed annually. You will never be matched with an unqualified professional.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before they start.
What is the difference between a Listener and a Therapist on Heed?
A Listener, or Heeder, is a trained peer support volunteer — not a licensed clinician. They offer empathy, a non-judgmental ear, and genuine human presence. A Therapist is an RCI-registered online mental health consultation professional who conducts structured clinical sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, or SFBT. Both are valuable; the right choice depends on what you need today. Many users use both within the same week.
Is everything on Heed confidential?
Yes. Listener sessions are anonymous — your Heeder never knows your real identity unless you choose to share it. Therapist sessions are governed by professional confidentiality standards and Heed's privacy policy. No session content is shared with third parties, advertisers, or employers.
How much does online mental health support on Heed cost?
Peer support with a Listener starts at ₹3 per minute — you pay only for the time you use, with no subscription required. New users receive their first 10 minutes at ₹1/min. A 30-minute session with a licensed Therapist starts at ₹399. Full pricing details are available on our pricing page.
Is Heed a helpline for mental health emergencies?
No. Heed is not a crisis service or a mental health helpline for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 14416 (Tele-MANAS) or 1800-599-0019 (KIRAN) — both of which are free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day. Heed's Listeners and Therapists are trained to recognise distress and will always point you toward the right emergency support if needed.
Do I need to download an app to use Heed?
No. Heed is fully accessible via your browser on desktop and mobile. The Heed app (available on iOS and Android) offers push notifications, easier scheduling, and session history — but it is not required to start talking today.
The first step is the hardest one.
Everything after that, we'll help you with. Start anonymously, with no commitment, in the next three minutes.
